Sutil: Rule changes will help
Adrian Sutil believes that Force India will be barely affected by new technical regulations coming into force at the British Grand Prix, and could move forward as a result. The FIA has banned off-throttle blowing of diffusers from this weekend onwards, meaning that cars should have reduced stability under braking due to less downforce being generated by the rear of the car
